Sreekumar Narayanan qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2010 and has since gained extensive experience in handling a diverse range of legal matters including litigation, family, immigration, residential and commercial property transactions. A dual-qualified lawyer with expertise in both the UK and India, Sreekumar currently serves as the Managing Director of Phoenix Lawyers.
He practised in criminal law, family law, and civil litigation in India and had a large client base.
He specializes in several areas of property law, including Commercial Property, Residential Conveyancing, Lease Extensions, Leasehold Enfranchisement, Islamic Finance/Sharia Conveyancing, plot purchases, and providing Independent Legal Advice.
Over the past three years, Sreekumar has successfully managed more than 2,000 conveyancing transactions, covering auction purchases, commercial acquisitions, remortgages, unregistered property purchases, new build, and shared ownership schemes.
In addition to his legal acumen, Sreekumar is multilingual, speaking English, Malayalam, Hindi, and Tamil, allowing him to effectively communicate with a diverse client base.
Outside of work, Sreekumar enjoys practicing martial arts, rock climbing, and spending quality time with family and friends.
