Disbursements 

There are charges, referred to as disbursements, that are part of the purchase process. These charges are payable by you. 

 

• • Searches pack – Up to £500.00 + VAT 

• • Land Registry – £6.00 + VAT 

• • Bankruptcy search – £2.00 + VAT 

• • Thirdfort ID Checker – up to £33.00 + VAT per search, per person

• • AML ID search (international) – £12.00 + VAT 

• • Solicitors verification check – £15.00 + VAT 

Additional disbursements may be payable and will be notified.

Immigration Services Fee

 

• • Hourly rate – £250

Note – On average, a normal application will take 4-8 hours to complete. This means that, on average, costs are between £800 and £1600.

However, the exact number of hours will depend on the circumstances in your case. Such as:

 

• • The amount of supporting evidence that we need to consider

• • Which language(s) you speak

• • Whether you are applying with other dependants

If you can provide sufficient evidence at our first meeting and meet the applicable Immigration rules, the cost is likely to be at the lower end of this range.

Litigation Services.

Depending on the nature of the case, a range of fees are applicable including a Fixed Fee arrangement or an Hourly Fee.

 

• • Hourly- £250 per hour.

• • Fixed Fee

• • Simple Case: £700 TO £2,000 (EXCLUDING VAT)

• • Medium Complexity Case: £3500 TO £7500 (EXCLUDING VAT)

• • High Complexity Case: £12000 and above (EXCLUDING VAT)

Please note that the overall costs of each type of case may end up being higher or lower than the range of figures given above which depends on several factors such as the volume of documents and the time needed to segregate those documents,  the number of witnesses to be called and the length of the hearing.
